I liked how deception welcomed you and remembered me from the last visit. When you have a sling on your arm and not 100%, it makes you feel seen.
The most unreliable customer service ever. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter since May. First, we were turned away for missing a specific referral. Then, I scheduled for today, July 21st, at Waugh Chapel, only to find out the rep mistakenly booked us where the doctor doesn't even work! I took a day off work for nothing. No one takes responsibility for wasting my time. 0 stars.
The entire medical staff was so accommodating, professional & sympathetic. My 12 year old son was treated by Dr. Mayer who I would highly recommend!
