My wait was reasonable. The doctor and staff were all professional yet friendly. The entire experience was excellent.
I didn’t want to wait 2 weeks to be seen at the place my primary care doctor initially referred me to so I went online and looked for another orthopedic practice. I chose MedStar mainly because of the location in Lorton and because they were able to get me in a week sooner. I’m very happy with my choice. While the medical and support staff are exceptionally professional and courteous, the practice's scheduling logistics are pitiful. I consistently wait an hour or more to be seen. It feels like appointments are just stacked on top of each other with zero regard for patients' time. I appreciate the wonderful staff, but these chronic delays are completely unacceptable.
