Been going to Medstar Drs. for a while. I like my appts. in person, have to drive a good distance, almost 60 miles, one way, to get there. It is well worth it. I leave my appt.(s) understanding what is going on/happening w/ my condition(s). The staff & Dr. are always very considerate, very professional, & kind.
I do not feel like my Dr is rushing through my appt’s just to get to the next one. My experience is that my Dr, Dr Rommaan Ahmad is attentive and listening to the details of my visit while making decisions that best represent my needs.
My appointment was 9:45 and I waited 40 minutes at the lobby. I saw multiple people go before me when I arrived way before they did. I asked the front desk when I’d be called and they said I was up next. Not even a minute after, someone else was called in. It’s ridiculous. I’ll never be coming back again.
