I was very satisfied with my care today. Everyone was professional, caring, and attentive.
Front desk personnel are horrible. I watched 2 patients that could barely walk, told by the front desk staff that they need to sign in at the kiosk. Neither could stand up in front of the kiosks and they did nothing to help them. This is not the first time that I have witnessed this type of behavior. The front desk staff just sits there and gossips with each other, ignoring the patients whether they can help themselves or not. This is so typical of MEDSTAR offices. Why?
Very clean and doctors take you right away.
