I kinda felt like Dr Dorai dismissed my concerns today when I saw her. I tried to explain to her where I was having pain and she completely dismissed it. First she said it was another issue to stating that it could be nerves getting back to normal and my neck was hurting pretty bad today, she dismissed it as arthritis. I understand she had 2 x-rays of my neck and it's healing well but I feel that the pain in my neck should be evaluated instead of being dismissed as "could be arthritis".
I was seen by the Pa, and Dr. Promptly after I was signed in. Dr.was very informative and pleasant.
Very proficient. Very professional. Very courteous
