Dr Osbourne is the best neurologist ever
Dr Osborne and clinic techs and staff are wonderful to work with. Thorough, professional.
Friendly office staff and Dr. Osborne couldn't be any nicer! He and his assistants are very thorough and they listen to your questions and answer in terms you can understand. I've visited him at both locations and had the same experience...his staff is great at both places but because the Silver Spring office is so much easier to get to (for me anyway) I'll be going there from now on!
