The medical aspects of my visit were great. No long wait times, clear and concise answers and in general very pleased with this, my first visit. However, locating the office and parking were nightmares that need work or at least some forewarning. There are a number of parking garages in the area. But be aware there is no human interaction at these facilities. They accepted coins in the ubiquitous meters in the parking facility or allowed the use of a cellphone to place time on the meters…. All of the staff and Dr Osborne were polite, attentive, and helpful. The milieu of experience was mutual respect. Dr Osborne patiently answered questions and made sure that his explanations were clear and understood. I could not have had a better experience!
