Great center. Kevin up front is very caring and makes sure that he exceeds your expectations. In the back nurses Pauline and Kyle are simply amazing in their professionalism and knowledge. They give 150% and always show they care. They are a cut above their contemporaries..
The nurses are very caring and were able to take care of me before my appointment time. There is free garage parking and it’s a very convenient location.
I have been dealing with a migraine for over 14 weeks now, and I had an appointment for a DHE infusion at 9 am, and had already driven over an hour (my boyfriend and I both had to take off work for this) to McLean from DC, and they called 45 mins before my appointment to cancel because the one nurse (which seems outrageous to me that they only have one person who can do this procedure) was out sick. I asked if I could reschedule for Thursday and Friday, and they said no because "they weren't sure if that nurse would be in". ... read more
