Terrible follow-up from my heart surgery!!! The nurse told me she would call the following week, but I didn't hear back until 2 ½ weeks later! The physical therapist talked me out of care because I was walking, could get out of bed, and could take a shower - that was a requirement for leaving the hospital, so why would that be the pt they were offering?!? Abysmal care!
This facility is discontinuing services to me stating the reason is due to my wound from lymphedema are chronic. Meanwhile the data from my health records clearly shows my wounds are healing as the Dr intended. From the onset of service provided my wounds have progressively gotten smaller in size of wound area and better as it pertains to the integrity of the wounds itself. I had physical therapy in my home while I recuperated from replacement knee surgery. Matt was fantastic, he got me up and moving. He encouraged me when I needed it and he answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them !
