Every person at the MedStar endoscopy center, from the front desk, to the doctors and nurses/assistants were wonderful. I have had nothing but great experiences with MedStar and would highly recommend MedStar to everyone I speak with.
We have moved back from Delaware because of back medical reasons. You and your team have surpassed all the expectations that we had to move back to this area Thanks for your professional services.
Was a good experience with the doctor and the staff.
I thought the medical team was outstanding, but the facility itself was extremely concerning. The procedure room was small and felt messy, with open containers of waste that looked like the kind of thing that should’ve been in a biohazard container. I was given a blanket with a blood stain on it! They replaced it, obviously, but that’s just gross. I just don’t trust that they’re following proper hygienic practices here… again, the medical team was excellent, but I will never come here again.
