Was a good experience with the doctor and the staff.
I thought the medical team was outstanding, but the facility itself was extremely concerning. The procedure room was small and felt messy, with open containers of waste that looked like the kind of thing that should’ve been in a biohazard container. I was given a blanket with a blood stain on it! They replaced it, obviously, but that’s just gross. I just don’t trust that they’re following proper hygienic practices here… again, the medical team was excellent, but I will never come here again.
I was very impressed with everyone at this facility. I felt well taken care of and everything was done efficiently and with respect.
I appreciate the staff throughout the whole process. Everyone was calming and assuring from start to finish. Thank you Dr. Fond and team. God bless them all for making this a great experience and for a successful procedure!
The entire staff, the receptionist, the medical team were very professional and courteous. All of them made me feel at ease before and after my procedure. Thank you for everything.
