Everyone was very cheerful and welcoming the moment I came into the office. The staff and Dr. Carroll were very thorough and informative.
For my very first visit with Dr. Nancy Carroll, I was very impressed with her calming personality and professionalization. She introduced herself to me, and asked my reason for my visit. She allowed me to speak without interruption. She then discussed how she can help me, and described the entire procedure, including the followup visit. Friendly staff. Dr. Carroll was personalble, reassuring and thorough.
Dr. Carroll did an excellent surgery on me 2 weeks ago ( Total Thyroidectomy). Today was my post -Op follow up. She removed the bandage and you can’t even barely see the incision line. This will heal up nicely, and she had a boat load of info to give me today regarding what to expect moving forward from Today .
