Dr. Alrefai and Kaitlyn are obviously experts. For a major procedure, it's than just about treating the physical. There's also a mental/emotional side. Together, they're a team that play great off each other, hitting the mark just right.
This 5 star rating is totally deserved and I'm happy to provide it! I had a medical emergency requiring removal of my gallbladder at St. Mary's Hospital. Dr. Marshall consulted and ultimately did the surgery. She put my mind at ease right away. She provided the details I needed we followed yesterday results to the OR. Despite an oversized gallbladder and maybe more complexity than expected, she was able to do the surgery laproscopic. If I had to make the same choices again, I wouldn't change anything.
I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about MedStar. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely nice from checking in, being taking for a cat scan, being moved to a room was all good. Meeting the nurses and surgeons I really felt like a celebrity.
As a new patient when I called they got me in for an appointment the same week. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and the doctor were very nice and took time to answer all my questions!!
