Ive been going here for years and Dr. Ping NEVER remembers anything about me, even after reviewing notes (Type 1 Diabetic). My last trip, Ping changed my RX WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. It was for diabetic test strips. He decreased my RX by more than half and never consulted me about it. I found out when I was refilling my RX before leaving country and couldn't get it filled! STAY CLEAR. THE ARE MUCH BETTER DOCOTRS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
The wait times are expected. What I don’t understand is booking an appointment only to wait 90 minutes to be seen. I understand it’s cold and flu season. Mind you “walk in’s” were advised of a long wait but a few were seen before me despite having a scheduled appointment. This happens with almost every single appointment. Staff is more than apologetic but it just seems like a first come, first serve type of clinic.
