The staff is always pleasant to work with. Dr. Medley is really wonderful with my daughter and makes her feel comfortable.
We love Dr Medley. It’s worth traveling from AA County because of her warm, bedside and personable manner. The only regret is that this will be our second to last visit as my daughter will soon age out of the practice age limits.
My first attempt at making an appointment at this location now that North Parkville doesn't do pediatrics anymore and the phones are closed despite being open for half an hour. Awful, unchecked practices from MedStar as usual. I've never heard of any other business opening their phones later than their posted business hours, but this is even more ridiculous than when they did it at North Parkville. I'd love to know what level of authority, if any, approved it.
