My children regularly see Dr. Wada, but we have seen every provider in the office. They are all excellent! My only complaint is that they have an extremely high patient load, and it can be difficult to get appointments. It was not like this a few years ago, but unfortunately it is very busy now. Dr.s keep on leaving. That didn't tell us till Friday that his appointment was cancelled for Friday. Called for a new one and now they can't take him to October! He needs a wellness check before school to participate in any sports. Their solution? Put him on a list then tell us to spend a lot more money to go to urgent care. The last person I talked to was also not very nice. Go somewhere else that's not Medstar cause they don't care about their patients.
Had a 10:00 blood lab work appointment today. All went smooth as silk. 🙏
Is it weird I miss my children’s Pediatrician’s Office?? I’m sad we moved out of state recently. Everyone at this office was always so friendly and helpful. Dr Medley is the best! Great doctor who makes a nervous child feel comfortable with her warm, friendly demeanor.
