Very rude & disrespectful
45 minute wait time! Extremely rude and unprofessional when they arrived, joked about staffing shortage impacting service, stretcher was broken, no assistance with wheelchairs transfer. Terrible terrible experience
Verry unprofessional. The two medics who showed up were so out of shape I didn't know if they would make it up my stairs. They would not take me to the hospital I wanted to go to(wich is 4 miles from my house) instead they drove me 8 miles to the one they wanted. The guy in the back miss diagnosed my problem and ignored the actual issue. If I had to make the choice of them or walking...well I'd walk.
I have never come across a more unprofessional and lazy service. My sister was having an allergic reaction. Her lips her swollen and she had a rash all over her chest and back. I asked her if she could breathe because the paramedic had not done any interventions. The medic started screaming at me to get out. He made a point to step out of the ambulance to continue to scream at me instead of simply caring for his patient.
