Absolutely horrible. Unfriendly service and then refused the insurance discount from my insurance provider despite my EOB stating otherwise. If you are too sick to drive but still capable of getting in a car, use the Uber if you can. 1 5 mile trip was over $2300 with rude EMS.
I was in severe pain. Told them to take me to Memorial but they pushed St. Elizabeth's (I have had bad experiences with their ER and didn't want to go there)...I was in so much pain that I was just like, whatever. They told me they gave me a shot of Fentanyl for the pain, but I'm positive it must have been saline or something, because it didn't even TOUCH the pain. They were very rude to me on the way to the ER. Never using them again..would rather walk.
I can't believe the owners attitude to millstadt EMS. Incredibly unprofessional and gives no faith towards medstar as a company. Your priority should be to help PEOPLE, not petty business conflicts with a small town EMS team. Absolutely deplorable behavior.

45 minute wait time! Extremely rude and unprofessional when they arrived, joked about staffing shortage impacting service, stretcher was broken, no assistance with wheelchairs transfer. Terrible terrible experience
