We have been going to Conway Medical Center since 2016. We are both very happy with the care we have been receiving. I recently had hand surgery and was told I would need 3 months of physical therapy. I was somewhat apprehensive, however my therapist is amazing and I look forward to my appointments
First, registration was the only thing my mom had a problem with. She was admitted early enough in the day for the medications to be delivered from Florence for her night medications. Other than this my mom loves it! The nurses etc. are the best. She made the comment that this is the best place she's ever been for care and she's been to a lot. I've been a nurse for over 35 years and worked in several hospitals across the country. I have had relatives in this facility on several occasions and this has by far been the absolute worst hospital I have ever seen. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Unfortunately I have to give a one star rating because there isn't a choice for 0 stars.
