The driver was on her cell phone. She used her left turn blinker then cut into the right lane, swerved multiple times nearly hitting a bicyclist. And then didn’t move when the left turn arrow was on and we all missed the light because she was texting. Drivers training and a camera in each car if your job is to DRIVE!
