I was offered a position with this company. After I followed up with the owner of the company, who also did my interview, she never returned my call or emails. I contacted her office on 3 separate occasions and sent numerous emails, but NEVER received a response back regarding a start date. How unprofessional!! If they can't handle the task of hiring employees, how can they handle medical records.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNASHAMED OF IT! Received an invoice for the wrong records, called customer service and got an extremely rude representative that told me that I would have to pay for this invoice and re-request the records that I want and pay for them as well. What kind of service is this where you have to pay for something that you don't want or need, just to have to pay for what you actually need?
