Terrible customer service. I have attempted several times to contact the company to cancel an order and have had no return call and just got another shipping notification!
What started out as not so great customer service (due to a less than interested cs agent) ended up being AMAZING! Had a few bumps in the road with customer service, but once I got the right cs agent who knew what I needed and how to get it taken care of, my item was ordered and shipped within 30 minutes. Received a broken breast pump. I purchased the Elvie Stride. It won’t charge. I called to let them know what happen. The lady said, since you open the box I can’t take the returns. How are you not supposed to open the box in order to charge it and use it? I haven’t been able to use it.
