If i could do no stars I would. Awful customer service it is like no one even works there. I have been trying to contact them for days and after being on hold for hours no one answers and then i tried to get the operator on a few different occasions and also radio scilence. Will not be sending any orders here anymore.
Terrible customer service. I have attempted several times to contact the company to cancel an order and have had no return call and just got another shipping notification!
What started out as not so great customer service (due to a less than interested cs agent) ended up being AMAZING! Had a few bumps in the road with customer service, but once I got the right cs agent who knew what I needed and how to get it taken care of, my item was ordered and shipped within 30 minutes. When previous attempts had taken almost two weeks! Rosa and her fantastic cs skills got it all done in less than 30 min and I'm sitting here waiting for my equipment to arrive as I type!
