Update: 7/22//2022 I spoke with Medsource regarding the concerns that were previously mentioned. They promptly addressed the issues that were mentioned. They have been working overtime to help. Despite the experience that we had with the attendant from their office that was mentioned below. Ed was very cooperative when we switched to this company for home health care for my father. We were promised plenty of support and left another company in the hopes that they would provide the proper care that he deserves. Ed was very communicative and informative for the first 2 weeks. I was told that he would be going to the Philippines to visit family. In the time that he was gone. My father went an entire week without seeing a nurse with absolutely no explanation.
