Edit: I have SERIOUS concerns about this clinic and doctor after reading a copy of the report he gave to my family doctor. In the note it stated things he discussed with me when in fact he did NOT. Ie: he notes that I was informed I should tell doctor's about said sleep apnea if I'm having sedation or anethsia. How could he NOT tell me something SO important? It also stated he provided me with counseling on driving safely when taking sedative medication when he did NOT. Says he stated to avoid weight gain, lol. He's talking ... read more
Excellent clinical staff, but punitive administrative practices create barriers to care. I have been a patient here for about a year. My experience is a tale of two clinics: the compassionate medical team and the rigid, bureaucratically aggressive administration. Regarding the clinical experience, the medical side of this facility is great. The intake doctor was supportive, patient, and took the time to truly listen—a rarity these days. She connected me with an OHIP-covered virtual insomnia group which was genuinely helpful.... read more
Although I did not complete my sleep study at this location, and therefore cannot attest to that, I did have follow-up sleep medicine appointments with Dr. Leech and had a very positive experience. They are highly responsive and quick to get things done.
