I would not recommend anyone use this clinic. My family member emailed a week before her appointment to confirm as she hadn’t heard from anyone. Said email went unanswered. She just showed up to be left sitting for over a hour to be told they don’t have her on the list. When she pulled up the portal to show the employee it was in fact the night of her appointment they said “oh it is tonight however we don’t have any empty beds and reception must have messed up.
Made me wait 25 minutes and the zoom lobby and nobody showed up nobody followed up. Ridiculous, no respect for people‘s time. No excuses
Had my sleep study and follow up, I found the staff to be very respectful, bed was surprisingly comfortable. No complaints.
Don't let the reviews scare you. This place reminded me of a hotel in many ways. You have your own private bedroom set up like like a hotel. Dimming lights. Lamps. Fans. Comfortable beds. Lights dimmed in the hallway at night. Parents have their own bed when staying with their child. But clean like a hospital. And professional techs working. Edit: I have SERIOUS concerns about this clinic and doctor after reading a copy of the report he gave to my family doctor. In the note it stated things he discussed with me when in fact he did NOT. Ie: he notes that I was informed I should tell doctor's about said sleep apnea if I'm having sedation or anethsia. How could he NOT tell me something SO important? It also stated he provided me with counseling on driving safely when taking sedative medication when he did NOT. Says he stated to avoid weight gain, lol. He's talking ... read more
