I had an online consultation with Dr. Jane Yuan. It lasted a total of 15 minutes with her completely being dismissive and uninterested. She said she read through my document but clearly didn't in detail because she talked to me about mental health treatment for insomnia when the paper clearly stated I have tried these interventions for more than 2 years and still go to a therapist. I would not recommend anyone use this clinic. My family member emailed a week before her appointment to confirm as she hadn’t heard from anyone. Said email went unanswered. She just showed up to be left sitting for over a hour to be told they don’t have her on the list. When she pulled up the portal to show the employee it was in fact the night of her appointment they said “oh it is tonight however we don’t have any empty beds and reception must have messed up.
Made me wait 25 minutes and the zoom lobby and nobody showed up nobody followed up. Ridiculous, no respect for people‘s time. No excuses
Had my sleep study and follow up, I found the staff to be very respectful, bed was surprisingly comfortable. No complaints.
