A+ great staff, super friendly, helpful, informative, all the good things. Broke my air tube in the middle of the night somehow and they replaced it the morning of, easy peasy in and out. :)

My husband was recently referred for a sleep study. When we were getting the machine set up we struggled to get the finger portion to register. The end part was ripped and it would only work on his pinky. During the night while he was sleeping he broke the cord to the finger part. He felt awful and was apologetic to the staff when he returned it. They started talking about how he would need to pay to fix it, which he understood and didn’t argue. I am having motor issues with my Resmed cpap that is still under warranty, called MedSleep and was told to bring in my cpap and that they would help me and they would either send it out for me or replace it. I drove in 77km one way to MedSleep, they took my device to a back room, listened to it, then came back and informed me that I had to call ResMed. I called ResMed, and was informed that MedSleep was supposed to call ResMed and figure out how to handle the situation. The office staff were NOT busy. I am not impressed. I d... read more

I have had outstanding attention at MedSleep over the past few weeks, as I did my assessment and got set up with a c-pap machine. Communications have been clear and professional throughout, and I felt thoroughly supported as I navigated this transition. Highly recommended!!
