Called ahead of time to visit facility. Operator spoke with rep at location and informed them that I was coming for testing. Paid $28 to Uber and arrived at 4:20pm and the door was locked and no one there. Called the call center and was informed that the person left so that they could do the drop "on time". Google states that the facility is open until 5pm and this is misleading to customers... smh. I already told them ahead of time that I was leaving out of town and could not make it for the next day.
Misleading info the Covid-19 test is not free, they charge $70 for it and If you have insurance they will bill your insurance. The FTC needs to be aware of this type of scam..
Perfect place to get tested, Veronica was very nice and friendly and will definitely come back in the future if needed. Test was quick and easy!.
Even though the staff member was late (only 20 minutes), she was the sweetest and super quick with my testing. She was very patient and awesome. Would do it again!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I don’t even know what just happened with my whole experience here. I walked in and was told there was a training going on and to wait. I waited and waited and waited and nothing was being said to me about if I could be tested or not. Save your time and go elsewhere.
