After abysmal service from Carle Medical Supply for over a year, when they finally called me back, I was told my insurance covered the cpap machine. I was fit and a few weeks later I found out that, no, my insurance didn’t cover the cost at Carle Medical Supply. It was very stressful after all the time it took to finally get the machine.
