They issued a refund check for $240 WHICH BOUNCED. They were always slow to respond so I canceled them. Now I will not refer a company like this.
Woke up to red/blue flashing lights on monitor .button wasn't allowing speaking to operator who had to call me on cell phone .She forwarded me to tech specialist who had me go thru a few "push this" "turn thats" then instruction was "TURN IT OFF ILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK ILL CHECK SOMETHING" An hour later with no call back I turned unit back on and it rebooted itself (had a power outage day before ) .Finally tech called back 6hrs later after I left voice mail of pending review of company .He Got Busy he said SORRY ..Guys This ... read more
My button broke off necklace and few hours later located and I notified company and now it's not activated. This company left a partial blind elderly woman in house alone without a medical alert button.
I have NO complaints with their response time, my complaint has to do with how the medical alert pendant attaches to the cord that I wear around my neck, the plastic clip unlatches from the back of the pendant VERY easily leaving me with a black cord with a magnetic clasp hanging around my neck and the medical alert pendant wherever gravity took it, the pendant is black and when it becomes detached and lands on the floor at night it's not very easy to find. The people you work with in your department make the time go by. However, management is completely inept, and favoritism trumps performance at every turn. The pay is a joke. You are ridiculously micro managed. There is zero accountability and the only thing they do to make employees happy is a free lunch here and there. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU CAN AND ENJOY THINKING FOR YOURSELF.
