Medscope is the best emergency call button I have ever used, 5G goes everywhere you travel. I feel completely safe, while being alone. I am 82yrs old and now an amputee and mostly wheelchair bound. Wherever I go I have my Medscop button on my waist. I know I can get help right away if anything happens. When I had two legs it could detect a fall. I am so thankful for their help and staff support. I never feel alone. My family is also thankful for this amazing protection that gives immediate response when pushed.

I wouldn't trust any company that says they are a life alert system if they actually don't provide that service. I'm new, and already it is clear (from my experience so far) and the many many many reviews who also affirm this. I had this installed 4 days ago. I was told it stays charged for a week by the technician. It stays charged for less than a full day. I called the technician. We had used this service for a close family friend for several years. The company is not very clear on standards of anything. The standard of when an ambulance is supposed to be sent out.(not if the contact is reached and responding: accidental call) The standard of how to return a damaged device that is still charged to be bounced around at the post office in another town and refusing to disconnect it.
