My Dad &Mom lived their .for yrs. What a lovely safe place. Elevator nice hallways & Apt so nice. Security on site office as well. Chgo police Station with walks in the neighboring communities.
William H and Ms Carmelita were heaven sent to my family. I can't thank them enough. The building is clean, the unit is spacious and they even assisted her with furniture. The staff is super professional and I look forward to visiting my mom here. I am forever grateful to East Lake for all they've done.
The manager Ms.Carmelita really takes care of the residents. She goes out of her way to make sure your loved ones that live there are a priority! One of the last senior buildings that you can feel safe in. 24/ hr security, off street parking , and laundry in building.
This facility is poorly ran. The laundry room is a fire hazard and the community washroom is disgusting. The property manager is unprofessional and there is a tenant in the building that steals from everyone. There is no respect for the elderly.
