UPDATE: The team here contacted me by phone and addressed my concerns and issued me a refund for the up-charge. While my initial experience is still relevant I do appreciate their customer care in rectifying the issue. That is a rarity these days! First off, they moved but god forbid they let you know ahead of time. They tell you with a peice of paper taped to the door to go to another location across town so, enjoy that. Excellent care but have now emailed 3 times for a report to enable me to claim from my insurance. Make sure you have the correct paper work before you leave as getting it after seems impossible. They have let themselves down when all it takes is a quick email and a copy of the report !!!
They are closing this place down wish it would stay.
Everybody was professional and great! Shyia the MA was very nice Emily the PA was fantastic and leslie the Front desk was efficient and quickly got us to see the medical professionals.
