#Medride is the premier and #pioneer when it comes to medical #transportation to/from medical appointments with Medicaid or Medicare.
We have a standing 3 day a aweek ride to and from dialysis and we had to change the time of pick up so that we are not late. It was changed to 20 mins earlier and they still can't get to us in time. It's not the drivers it's the dispatch dropping extra pick ups on drivers that are across town 5 to 10 mins before pick up. The dispatchers need to be retrained and know the area. I KNOW cause I was supervisor for the lift for many years. I definitely know why and where the problem lays. Get it together
