I had an excellent experience at this X-ray clinic. Samantha were professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. The technician explained every step clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. My results were ready quickly and the overall process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing imaging done.
I went as a walk-in for xray on a Thursday morning around 11am. It was a quick and pleasant experience. I was in and out of the centre in 20 minutes, barely any wait, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Was advised by my usual provider of ultrasound that I would have to wait until early 2026, over 2 months for an appointment. Called and was able to get in within 2 weeks. Very friendly and efficient staff from the phone staff, front office to the ultrasound tech, highly recommend.
I generally have had a very good experience with this business and find them professional. I wanted to express the importance of fully explaining what to expect during a procedure. As an RN of 24yrs I feel this is huge. No where in the prep of a pelvic US does it mention that a vaginal procedure may be required. As someone with PTSD from a gynaecological procedure and sexual trauma finding out about this during the procedure was incredibly stressful and uncomfortable.
When i called last week i talk a nice lady and she said i need to called back if someone cancel the appointment so i can go same day , but when i called today i think thats a old lady said theres no space to people that didnt do the 1st dating ultrasound , but they have my 1st dating ultrasound , im so stress i really want my ultrasound done with medray, she's so rude 😭😭😭 i cant accept what she said im so stress right now 😭😭😭
