Very organized and on schedule for appointments. Staff are all nice and friendly. They let companions come in and wait in the waiting area with the patient, which is bery helpful. Especially for older patients. We went one time to Valley imaging and we had a horrible experience. Medray was significantly better.

On April 7th my wife was at the facility to have a chest x-ray as she has pneumonia. She had to stand for quite awhile until another patient offered her a seat. She waited 2 hours for her x-ray. Many families members take up chairs that are necessary for patients. Staff should remind family members to please stand or wait outside unless it is for a child. A notice should be posted also advising that seating is for patients only.

I had my ultrasound appointment today and the experience was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The ultrasound technician was kind, patient, and explained the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. The clinic was clean, organized, and the appointment was on time. I really appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the whole team. Thank you for making the visit such a positive experience!
