I just waited on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up. There is always hours long waits even when you have an appointment, they are constantly understaffed. The whole system needs an overhaul! Oh and they also charge for parking in their lot, so be prepared for a hefty bill for your wait 😩

It was really hard to find the NT ultrasound appointment in metro Vancouver area and this clinic was so accommodating! The receptionist was quick and efficient and the technician was also very attentive and caring

The parking machine near the entrance seems to be broken. Super nerve wrecking when you’re already late for your appointment due to crazy traffic. Try using the 2nd machine behind instead or the app. Other than that, the technicians were very nice and the receptionists not so much. They yelled at a mother who bought her newborn and 4 year old son because she had no other childcare available. What was she suppose to do with the newborn? Leave them at home by themselves??
