Knowledgeable and professional. We thought we had water-damaged plywood under the sealant layer, but it turned out being major structural damage below the deck. I had a pipe burst and it damaged two entire rooms. Medrano Co came right out and started helping with the water damage. They helped me with the pain of dealing with insurance. They had to open walls and dry everything out. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage. Everyone I talked to from the company was great especially Ryan, who was the lead on the job. This bad situation was made a lot more bearable because of them.

I had a very positive experience. All calls were answered in a timely manner and by a real person. The owner himself came out to do the estimate and was the only company that came out that actually bothered to take measurements. I received an itemized estimate quickly and they were able to start almost right away. They were easy to reach if I had any questions or concerns.
