SCAM COMPANY. The daughter Antonielle of the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. They scammed our HOA by completing simple painting that we gave them this work as a bonus and then doing $8,000+ change orders on actual repair work that never got done. Homeowners and Associations STAY AWAY!
Everyone we met from Medrano was great! Our apartment complex had a lot of dry rot damage and Medrano did a full structural and deck repair and waterproofed 5 balcony decks. They also waterproofed the decks in our personal home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work. They came in, knew exactly what to do, were very responsive and knowledgeable. We can’t recommend them enough!
I have worked with Luis and the Medrano Company for over 20 years and they completed two large projects for us recently. In all instances the work was done in a timely professional manner and the staff was very easy to work with and extremely conscientious. I would highly recommend Medrano Company for anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
