Fast service, and easy to work with. I highly recommend using them.
Christian gave me a quote over the phone. He kept it the same in person. Once I received the invoice, it reflected $40 more expensive. He said it was because of the other Christian, his boss, who misquoted me. I still paid it because there was broken window glass and I have a baby inside my home. I call him around 2 pm the day he’s supposed to fix it and he told me he had to cancel on me and wouldn’t be available until 3 days from now. Terrible service.
The customer service I received was top-notch and the response time was impressive. The window installation was done in a timely manner, with no hidden charges and the price was fair.
I was very pleased with the work that was done at home. The worker was professional and respectful. I call this morning to have a glass window replace and they were at home within 4 hours. The price is affordable. I highly recommend this company. And the owner was polite. I give a five star!
