Very professional and efficient....showed up on time, delivered as promised and is very knowledgeable about their product(s), got my door closing properly again. Thank you so very much, I will use their services again.

Christian gave me a quote over the phone. He kept it the same in person. Once I received the invoice, it reflected $40 more expensive. He said it was because of the other Christian, his boss, who misquoted me. I still paid it because there was broken window glass and I have a baby inside my home. I call him around 2 pm the day he’s supposed to fix it and he told me he had to cancel on me and wouldn’t be available until 3 days from now. Terrible service.
The customer service I received was top-notch and the response time was impressive. The window installation was done in a timely manner, with no hidden charges and the price was fair.
