After I received my mobile MRI, I tried to pay for the co-pay and the attendant chuckled and said that a billing system hadn't been set up yet. (OrthoCarolina - NOVANT had just elected to work with Medquest as a primary imaging subcontractor). I have since elected to go to a different Orthopedic Provider neither the Provider nor myself could obtain the film or digital copy of the film. The Medquest corporate office in Alpharetta is a toxic environment of unprofessional, unnecessary behavior. The CPO Michelle Fox is offensive and rude. She stumped her feet at me and talked to me like I was one of her teenaged children. She barked orders like she thought I was a dog to obey. She admits there were previous complaints that she is offensive, so she knows that she definitely needs to regulate her emotions, and learn how to talk to people respectfully.
