Not a legit place. Doctor is nice but they’ll charge you twice for the same form. They’ll charge you for every possible reason. Do not come here for forms and physicals.
Saidi was amazing she do my intake extremely quick as well as the doctor who saw me jasmine I believe was her name. I got in and out and it felt like 10-15 mins in total. Also David helped me with my insurance and wow was he amazing as well the entire staff is quick but even better they are extremely Reliable and Great workers each one. More locations should be like this one 10/10 Best service I’ve had in a very long time. I am a veteran and I just came back to New York out of the military. Doctor is really nice and professional but the receptionist needs to improve her attitude towards patients/clients
Saying your own sign says you are supposed to be open today and it’s after 11am is disappointing.
I had a very clear and gentle conversation with Shahida khan doctor and I would recommend everyone here had such a positive experience.
