Completely humiliating. receptionist was on a personal video chat talking away about various social media platforms WHILE people where coming ang going and giving their personal information. The facility is hotter than Satan's "sack" and masks are required despite the mandate being lifted. I almost passed out in the testing room several times from overheating.
