I had my Medicare annual exam, completed blood and urine labs, and expected my routine blood pressure and diabetes medication to be refilled. Instead, the doctor refused unless I scheduled and paid for a second office visit. After I called to question this, I was dismissed from the practice. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with a doctor. I found her rude, uncaring, and more focused on billing for another visit than providing patient care. I absolutely would not recommend this practice.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lu for about 8 years and have consistently had a great experience. Appointments are easy to schedule over the phone, and I can usually be seen within a few days, and sometimes even the next day. Dr. Lu is thorough and personable, and the office staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Lu is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a new patient of hers and I am glad to have found her. I went there for an annual physical exam. She asked about my health history, issues and concerns. She also did a few tests necessary for my age and concerns, which no other previous doctor had done. Thank you, Dr. Lu. The receptionists and nurses are very professional and pleasant too. The clinic is very clean, neat and nicely decorated.
