While the initial visit was fine, the fact that I waited on hold for over two hours that day to have antibiotics sent to a different pharmacy makes me never want to trust/rely on any Beacon facility again. I had to spend over four hours running back and forth to the actual urgent care office and the local pharmacy before I had them in hand for my very sick wife trying to get over pneumonia. I received excellent care. Being an out of town patient, becoming bill was not on my itinerary. Brandon and his staff took care of me quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
They are always quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Set an online appointment for 3pm and by 3:50 my meds were ready at the pharmacy.
Check in was easy, they were busy for a Sunday but we didn't have to sit long to be seen.
