Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. I switched my entuire family's prescriptions here. It is always well staffed, clean and organized. Takes them a few mins to fill your prescriptions, while other pharmacies have been recently taking 30mins, up to half, if not an entire day! ( assuming it's in stock) The only negative is, the store section has fairly minimal products, and they very rarely have a price. If they do its generally not accurate. Very poor quality service . Employees are rude, confused and unclear . I followed up asking for a manager and I was denied the opportunity. Two weeks after I handed in a prescription they reached out in a very unpleasant way . Who needs a prescription 12 days later ?! It’s disappointing to experience a pharmacy who handled my situation so poorly . I did not receive the support or standard care I fully paid for .

I had an excellent experience at MedPlus Pharmacy in Oshawa. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and explain medications clearly. The prescription process is quick and efficient, and I appreciate the personalized care they provide.

Great experience at Medplus Pharmacy! The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful in answering my questions. The service was quick, and the pharmacy was clean and well-organized. I appreciate their excellent customer care and would definitely recommend Medplus Pharmacy to others.
