I believe they price gouge. My diagnosis was allergies, yet they made me pay $450 out of pocket and I have health insurance. I will never visit this urgent care again!
Great experience, family primarily doctor.
I took my child here to MedPlus and had a really positive experience. The service was excellent from the front desk all the way through to the medical staff in the back. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive, which made the visit much easier and more comfortable. I truly appreciated the level of care and kindness we received throughout the entire process.
Customer service person was rude as hell. Do not go here. They’ll give you the wrong medicine as well. She was also talking on her phone as well
I typically don’t post reviews, but this clinic has really gone downhill. Amanda is amazing when she is there, but other than that the service has been less than great. It’s like pulling teeth to get treated, not to mention my daughter went today and was told to have a seat. Five patients later the receptionist realizes she never checked her in.
