Horribly mean rude inconsiderate receptionist. She seems to hate people and treats everyone I've seen there like a criminal. Doctor and nurse have always been nice and extremely helpful. But I feel awful being treated the way Deanna does. I am in enough pain don't need to be felt less than human in a doctors office which I pay for a monthly membership.
my name is George i'm writing this on Linda's page cause i don't have one. Nurse Liz is veeeeery rude and lies. My very first visit was horrible. The computers were down. I waited a very long time, when i asked questions about the place she was very short ,rude,and inconsiderate also my scripts were late and had to suffer with my severe pain for two days longer than i should have cause of their negligence. FRONT DESK LADY IS VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!!! Rest of the staff is kind and so sweet i was very thankful for their help however they need a new receptionist!!!!
Doctor's great, but the "nurse" is a psycho.. They confused my phone messages and had a script written for the wrong medicine, but when I called her out on it, she told me the doctor is away for 10 days and completely inaccessible. When I told her this isn't proper, she proceeded to swear and me, and tell me she's seen my "KIND" before, and maybe I should go to another doctor. This was my 3rd visit, to them, and the first time she lost it..
