I have found the care in Wallingford CT long term care facilitu, to be difficult at best. Clinician does not by LAW inform POA of med changes, has a hissy when family does not agree, refuses to listen to POA, can become retalitory. Really hard to work with, nasty when referring to dementia behavioral issues, overdosing, etc. Followed incorrect hospital discharge orders would not listen to POA until hospital investigations brought in to confirm incorrect paperwork.
