MedOne has incompetent staff. I went in to seek treatment and they told me that my insurance was invalid - Blue Cross. When I called Blue Cross they said that I was still covered but that MedOne never called to confirm proof of benefits. I will never go back there again.
This is by far the BEST urgent care there is or you will ever go to. Our family has lived all over the US and we have gone to visit other urgent care centers over the years and Dr. Felber at Medone has been by far superior above the rest. My entire family has gone to see him now over the past year and we all prefer to see him and his staff rather than our primary care Dr. because of the outstanding service and the true compassion you will feel the minute you walk in, until the minute you walk out! Yes, the doctor is very nice and provides good care and attention to your needs. However, the lady at the front, i gave her my insurance information and she called me up to pay a co-pay, if she would have ran my insurance she would have seen that I don't have one and insisted that I pay $20 dollars, that I refused. it was just a minor mistake that I won't hold against them.
