ZERO Stars. This business is horrendously run. They cannot stay open. They mismanage their financial records. They are not responsive in any way. They should be completely out of business.

Have been getting a bill for over a year that is not legitimate. The claim for my visit was never submitted to my Insurance company. I have asked that it be properly submitted several times by posting messages to their portal with my correct insurance information (they do not answer the phone). I would never go here again.

I’m getting emails from the urgent care asking me for a payment they have all my information about my visitis to this place and trying to scamming me, the scariest part is that they do have all my information like is a real email from the place but it is not please careful with this

As others have shared. I am getting bills from over a year ago. Apparently they accepted my co-pay but never shared that they were out-of-network. Now I am getting these ridiculous invoices for fairly standard medical actions. Now, you cannot get ahold of anyone. No wonder why they are closed. It is a shame because I liked their NPs.
