I have been going to mednow for years now. Practically from when they started. It was such a breeze that I even switched over my parents medications to them. My parents are elderly and since I was moving I felt that they were in good hands. However in the last few month things have drastically changed. I have had to asked for my blister packs to be sent despite them having refills. Delayed deliveries. Additional fees without explanation or warnings. The best pharmacy in the city. Everyone in the office is so accommodating, understanding and seamless to work with! The app and delivery features are fantastic, and so easy to use for refilling medication. Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you, Mednow team!
I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years now with no issues. However, they’ve been changing things up. Today I called in to renew my prescription and whoever answered the phone must be new…. I have never had any issues or difficulties renewing my prescription before until now. I called Friday July 4 2025 at 11am. They DENIED renewing it because they were saying 1) I was 26 days early to renew and 2) I wasn’t following the doctors orders on how to take this medication.
