This office continues to disappoint. I shouldn’t even go back anymore, but I know they switch doctors a lot and they are the closest to me, so I thought that I’d give them another chance. I brought my babies in for something they were dealing with. I asked for a cream for their rash or antibiotics. Doctor said they didn’t need it and they would be fine. I should have persisted because I am mom and I Know better, but I took the doctor’s advice. My babies are so much worse now and it’s been days since I’ve been at urgent care.... read more
I've used this urgent care numerous times and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are kind and helpful and I'm always in and out quickly!
If you are a Military Supporter please read. I am a full time National Guard Soldier that is not stationed in Augusta Ga. I have a Tricare prime remote plan that states I can see a civilian doctor. I was in extreme pain and both the Washington road office and Grovetown office denied me care. They stated that they do not see active duty members at all due to the location of Fort Gordon.
