Always a good experience when I come here, I experience compassion from the clerk, nurse, and provider on every visit.
I have been to this establishment several times and have always been treated quickly, professionally, and with respect. From the front desk to the back.
I am submitting this complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 2/13 at approximately 9:11 AM at the Grovetown location. I have been a patient at this office for approximately five years and have consistently experienced professional and courteous service. I got pretty quick service for as busy as they were, which was nice. I appreciate the In-N-Out along with feeling like I was cared for. Excellent service from the doctor and the medical assistant! Unfortunately, the front desk is not welcoming, does not take time to even smile or welcome people when they walk in, which is Disappointing as this starts the experience for the patient.
