Praise is Medna’s founder, and he is aptly named. Lots of praise for the whole Medna team. They are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. But most important (to me), they are responsive! It alleviates so much stress to know that someone will answer the phone, respond to an email, and get back to me quickly if I have any questions or concerns. Dealing with a family member who needs care is never easy; having the Medna team is extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
