One of their policy holders hit our truck back in December and we still have not received a payment. I've been trying to reach the adjuster Alisa for two weeks and have not received a returned phone call yet. I understand Covid-19 and things are slow but it take a minute to respond to a phone call. I don't trust this insurance company. Good luck when it's time to file a claim or have this company pay a claim. There is a reason this company rates are lower..their customer service standards are LOW as well.
Tom C's Post is not about our office location. Tom C's post is about the Alpharetta office which is a P & C office . The Roswell office is Kemper Health and Life office . Not the same organization.
As small business owners Kemper was able to get our family on a great plan and way cheaper 30-40% than all the plans on the marketplace. Worth looking into.
