I just started using this medication delivery service. I love the smart device that dispenses your medication. It's so easy to take your meds and refill. The only downside to this service is if like me you get your medication from multiple doctors and some only prescribe two months at a time so sometimes my medication doesn't always come in the prepackaged monthly boxes and I then have to dispense it myself. Do not get your prescriptions from this pharmacy. I have a very serious illness and they never delivered my medication. I have been off my medication for almost a week because of them. DO NOT do business with them. I am switching pharmacies as soon as possible
Horrible!
It is extremely hard to get in contact with people in the pharmacy. Each time that I call the phone has a long waiting period. Only once you was I able to wait the 30 plus minutes to have someone answer me directly. Also Each time I call, my # in the call goes up once instead on lower! How do you go from 3rd place to 4th place?! 🤔... There's the option of hanging up and holding your place in line, and expecting a call back when your place comes up. never gets your meds to you on time, narcotic always later then your dew always have too call to find out what the hell is going on with them or even remind them about them
