I have been without medication since Friday evening till the present time Sunday 5:40 pm, three days. My medication was supposed to be here today Sunday from 2:30pm -5:30 pm. I was/am a U.S Army Traumma / Vietnam nurse with a PHD. I am contiplating speaking with my Federal Military Attorney as I could become very sick, as I have severe PTSD.
Lately I’ve been very poor on communication kept me waving on the phone. I was next in line with one before me never heard back from them starting to get irritated. They are always good before but now I guess I’m not important.
I'm quite frustrated with this pharmacy. After prescribing medications and calling them to confirm 3 times that they were processing the meds and mailing them to the patient tomorrow, we were then told late in the day that they don't have the medications and wont be dispensing them to patient. Very unprofessional.

I just started using this medication delivery service. I love the smart device that dispenses your medication. It's so easy to take your meds and refill. The only downside to this service is if like me you get your medication from multiple doctors and some only prescribe two months at a time so sometimes my medication doesn't always come in the prepackaged monthly boxes and I then have to dispense it myself.
