I just started using this medication delivery service. I love the smart device that dispenses your medication. It's so easy to take your meds and refill. The only downside to this service is if like me you get your medication from multiple doctors and some only prescribe two months at a time so sometimes my medication doesn't always come in the prepackaged monthly boxes and I then have to dispense it myself. I am very disappointed with this company! I canceled my subscription and was still charged another month because they had no records of me canceling the subscription. I called and spoke to someone to cancel, not my fault they didn't notate it. Also customer service representative was very rude and no help at all. BEWARE!!

While I appreciate what medfinder can do and it's convenience, I am infuriated by the very poor communication from medminder personnel. My sister and I have both tried to reach med binder to get them to fix or replace our machine. No one ever returns our calls! I have early onset alzheimer's, so I need a machine like medminder to make sure I don't miss medications. The problem is that it doesn't recognize that I've taken a pill anymore. Medminder has been a godsend this past 2 years. They organize my meds and ship them on time, I never run out of meds I always have more than what I Need. But if you’re thinking about trying Medminder do it you won’t regret it. The machine, customer service and everything else is awesome
