Horrible!
It is extremely hard to get in contact with people in the pharmacy. Each time that I call the phone has a long waiting period. Only once you was I able to wait the 30 plus minutes to have someone answer me directly. Also Each time I call, my # in the call goes up once instead on lower! How do you go from 3rd place to 4th place?! 🤔... There's the option of hanging up and holding your place in line, and expecting a call back when your place comes up. never gets your meds to you on time, narcotic always later then your dew always have too call to find out what the hell is going on with them or even remind them about them
New customer meds came missing two important meds after waiting 4 days after snuwstorm,,on phone now 1 hour waiting to speak to pharmacy ,, umber 7 online still,..notgood
My parents had to wait 4 days for them to get life supporting Perscriptions to them. Two nurses and finally two doctors had to call and my parents’ health has suffered due to their incompetence.
