I have been comin here now for just about 5 yrs…in the beginning it was crazy and I had to go thru a couple counselors until they gave me the best news ever…ALYSSA was gonna be my counselor and I tell you what it’s the best thing that could of happened to me!!! I’ve expressed this to them in person before, and I want to share it here as well: Medmark has truly been a lifesaver for me. It’s not just my life that has been impacted; my family’s lives have been profoundly affected too, as they could have lost me forever and I would no longer be here for my wife and my son. April has been my counselor for almost 2 yrs. I have always been able to be very open and honest with her, without any sort of judgment. When it comes to addiction, people always do judge. But not her. That's just who she is. The nurses, I feel like they are judgemental. Whether it's our session, me just venting, or me needing someone to talk to. April has always been there. I can't show enough appreciation. I always feel better when we hang up Thanks April for all you do for me.
BEWARE: suddenly was told I owed $1,900 one day when coming in to dose. Turns out, MedMark had been billing me for three months behind my back and told me nothing. It’s happened to MANY individuals here. So even if I did pay MedMark back how do I know they aren’t just going to repeat this? I have been going here for going on 15 years on June 30th, It's been the best place for my recovery journey, my counselors have been nothing shy of amazing, even the many I have gone through, but each one has taught me so much and given me the courage to keep going with my recovery even when I wanted to quit and go back to my old life style.
