I had a very disappointing experience with the blonde receptionist. She was extremely rude and lacked basic patience and professionalism. When my mother didn’t hear her the first time, instead of repeating herself politely, she responded in a belittling and dismissive manner. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely unnecessary. Customer service should involve respect and understanding, especially when dealing with people of all ages. This interaction left a really negative impression.

Never recommend them. I said I have a platin in my leg and wanted a medicine. He didn't even examine than said use panadol LOL. He didn't send me to x-ray he didn't know anything about my leg. Just said use panadol without examine. Disgusting
