They will not answer their phone. They tell you one price for you to sign then 9 months later you're still paying for a machine you were suppose to own but it's really being rented. No supervisor, no local help, you will be transported to their OVERSEAS operators who tell you that it's because you switched your insurance that your being charged all over again. Better Business Bureau!!!!
I wanted to thank the ladies at Aerocare/ adapt health in Gulfport, MS I can from Colorado and missed placed part of my cpap machine and they were able to hook me up with the piece I needed. I’m sure I’ll sleep better tonight. Thank you again.
It took longer than anticipated to set up an appointment for getting a CPAP machine. and the responses to my queries from Aerocare's phone receptionists as to status were inconsistent. However, communication problems within the prescribing doctor's office may have also played a part. Once at the appointment things went smoothly and the staff did a very good job of instructing me in the operation and maintenance of the the CPAP.
Christian was pleasant and professional. He explained everything so I could understand it. Thank you.
