horrible company. horrible. they are very rude and not helpful in anyway. every single person i have spoke too about supplies have an attitude, are snotty and abrupt won't let you even complete a sentence. do NOT recommend
Very informative , timely, and helpful
Jason is my Tech Guy, hes very respectful and goes out of his way to help me with all my Oxygen needs. Answers all my question. He's always on time an makes sure im all set up before he leaves. I recommend Jason 100% if you want all your breathing needs met or all that Aerocare takes care of your good to go with him.
My technician name was Jason. Jason is very polite, generous and caring. I love when he comes to deliver my oxygen, he always makes sure that I have everything I need and that I’m satisfied. He goes over and beyond. I mentioned to Jason about me traveling and he told me that I didn’t have to lift the big concentrator and take it with me. He informed me that when I’m going just call ahead of time and one of the other offices in that area will deliver what I need to the location where I will be staying. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Pleasant front desk guy and great conversation. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.
