It took longer than anticipated to set up an appointment for getting a CPAP machine. and the responses to my queries from Aerocare's phone receptionists as to status were inconsistent. However, communication problems within the prescribing doctor's office may have also played a part. Once at the appointment things went smoothly and the staff did a very good job of instructing me in the operation and maintenance of the the CPAP.
