Incredibly rude and pushy security guard. They made me put the trailer in the dock and told me to leave the property. Then they don’t call back to tell you the unload is done. Took forever to get paperwork. This place hates drivers
These place doesn’t deserve a star But I have no choice to 0 If you come to this place and don’t have a confirmation number or appointment confirmed..be ready for a long delay I ve waited 3 days to unload..so I ended up canceling my pick up for the next day and got stuck in Laredo for the weekend ; I even lost my week.. They keep you waiting outside in the street and when you ask them, for any update they lie .. .
